To make a booking with Dive Jervis Bay for boat dives, snorkeling trips or courses please call the shop on (02) 4441 5255 and speak with a team member.

Cancellation Policy - Boat Dives
A booking cancelled within 48 hours of due departure, $50 will be debited from your credit card for who ever cancels.

A booking cancelled within 24 hours of due departure or failure to arrive for the trip, the full cost of the dive will be debited from your credit card for who ever cancels.

Cancellation Policy Public Holidays/School Holidays - Boat Dives
A booking cancelled with 72 hours of due departure, $50 will be debited from your credit card for who ever cancels.

A booking cancelled within 48 hours of due departure or failure to arrive for the trip, the full cost of the dive will be debited from your credit card for who ever cancels.

Dive Jervis Bay will use it's best endeavours to ensure our customers experience a diversity of dive sites. We will always dive the sites most suitable for the ocean/weather conditions of the day. If these conditions limit the available dive sites and you the customer choose not to dive then the full cost of the dive will be debited from your credit card. 

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation
A cancellation within 48 hours of booked nights, the full amount of the accommodation will be debited from your credit card.
