At a meeting yesterday of company management, it was decided that the company will undertake an in‑depth review of its operations, and we have engaged an external accountant to assess our operational and financial position. As part of this process, we have been advised to temporarily pause all operations and activities until the review is completed.
During this period, we are not taking new bookings and are unable to process existing service requests or refunds.
We understand this may cause inconvenience, disappointment and concern, and we sincerely apologise for the disruption.
While we have endeavoured to maintain normal operations up until this point, it is important that we complete this review to assess the long‑term viability of the business and determine the appropriate next steps.
